Product Basics

It is made of high-resilience foam and durable fabric, processed by professional vacuum compression and rolling technology. It can fully bounce back to original shape after unpacking. Compared with traditional sofas, it saves over 70% shipping space, effectively cuts logistics and warehousing costs while retaining the same comfortable sitting experience.

It restores 90% of its shape within 5-10 minutes at room temperature, and completes full rebound within 24 hours. Thickened versions reach the best comfort level within 48 hours at most.

With tight vacuum sealing, the sofas can be stored steadily for 8-12 months without deformation, mildew or elasticity loss, perfectly suitable for long-distance sea shipping and bulk inventory storage.

Adopted 30-45D high-density foam combined with inner spring cores. It is anti-collapse and can be used normally for 3-5 years. It features strong load-bearing performance and wear-resistant surface fabric.

We have single-seater, two-seater, three-seater, L-shaped sectional sofas, sofa beds and chaise lounges. Design styles cover modern simplicity, Nordic minimalism and light luxury.

Main materials: 30-45D special high-resilience compression foam with inner spring bags. Optional fabrics: chenille, linen, tech fabric and eco-friendly flannel.

Most models are fitted with zipped removable covers, supporting both hand washing and machine washing. Custom waterproof and stain-resistant fabric is available.

All materials are eco-friendly and formaldehyde-free with factory deodorization treatment. There is barely any smell after unpacking, and slight natural odor will disappear after 1-2 days of ventilation.

Factory Strength & Customization

We are a professional compressed sofa factory with 11 years of manufacturing experience. Our plant covers 8424 square meters with monthly output over 20,000 sets. We only do full-container wholesale business.

Full customization is available on size, color, fabric, logo, outer package and appearance design. We can produce goods according to clients’ drawings or physical samples.

Stock items are sold by full container. Customized designs require 150 sets per style, and mixed container shipment is negotiable.

7-15 days for in-stock orders; 25-35 days for customized orders. Priority production can be arranged for urgent orders.

Finished compressed samples are available at wholesale price. Part of the sample cost will be refunded once you place bulk orders. Sample delivery takes 3-7 working days.

We carry out 5 strict inspection procedures from raw material incoming to finished goods delivery, including rebound test, load-bearing test and wear resistance test. Product qualification rate exceeds 99%.

We support customized shipping cartons printed with client logos, product specs and user guides. Thickened waterproof export cartons are optional.

Price & Purchasing Terms

Prices are determined by sofa style, material and order quantity. All quotations are based on EXW factory price, excluding freight and taxes. FOB and CIF quotations can be offered on request.

Tiered discount policy is applicable to full-container orders and long-term partners. Larger order quantity brings more competitive unit price.

30% deposit in advance, 70% balance paid before shipment. We accept T/T, L/C and other mainstream international payment methods.

Yes, you can mix different styles, sizes and colors within one container freely.

Hot-selling items are always in sufficient stock. Goods can be arranged for shipment within 7-15 days after payment confirmation.

We only accept full-container trial orders, and small-size containers are available for local market trial sales.

Our official quotation is valid for 30 days. Price will be adjusted properly according to raw material market fluctuations.

We can provide free electronic catalogs, product specifications, HD pictures and official wholesale price lists.

Packaging & Logistics

Space saving rate reaches 70%-80%. 20GP container: 180-220 sets; 40GP container: 380-450 sets.

All raw materials pass professional compression resistance tests. The sofa can rebound perfectly without deformation, crack or structural damage after decompression.

We provide full support for export customs declaration and commodity inspection, compatible with FOB and other common trade terms.

All goods are well reinforced in packaging and covered with shipping insurance. We provide free replacement or compensation once valid damage photos and videos are provided.

Vacuum sealed package is moisture-proof and mildew-proof, keeping products intact during 1-2 months cross-ocean shipment.

Customers are welcome to use their own logistics agents. We can also recommend reliable long-term cooperative forwarders.

Every package is equipped with English unpacking guide and installation instructions.

After Sales & Warranty

We offer 1-year overall warranty service. Free after-sales maintenance is provided for non-artificial quality problems.

Place the sofa in a ventilated area and pat it gently, wait up to 24 hours for full recovery. We offer free replacement if it still cannot rebound normally.

Please raise quality claims with valid evidence within 7 days after goods arrival. We support unconditional return and exchange and bear all related freight costs.
